  •  I realize the  age is a negative and the genoa is old but we have made the usual upgrades which have maintained the quality of the boat. Minor things need to be replaced such as the plastic handles over the screws of the pop-top cover and the rubber cover of the pump out hold for the head on the deck. Lifelines are getting worn as well.  Of course the boat needs a thorough cleaning after the winter. regularly maintained bottom paint
  • Interior wood is in good condition--Exterior teak has been varnished or something and I can't get it back to a normal color
  • The reason I am selling this boat is because I will need a larger one . My kids are old enough that the privacy of closed doors for the cabins and head would be nice.
